Yes, we do have a minimum order quantity of 20 pieces per item of the same design. If you have requirements that are lower than this or you require a selection of designs to make up the minimum order please contact us and we will try our best to offer you a solution. There is no maximum order quantity!

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, due the the nature of the work we do ask for a 50% deposit by cheque or BACs payment before we undertake your bespoke order. The remainder of the balance is due before goods are dispatched (the whole balance can be paid as a Pro-Forma invoice if required when you place the order). Any repeat orders or subsequent orders can be put on account on our 30 days payment terms (subject to status & credit limit).

What costs are involved?

Please contact us via the Contact page, via the online form or by telephone to discuss individual pricing. Prices vary depending on the items you require, the quantities and other factors of your order. A set-up fee is usually charged initially for the orgination of each design. We can create artwork or re-work existing artwork if required, but an additional cost will be charged for this service. Further to the set-up fee the only additional cost is the price per piece of your order (which will vary depending on your selection) and the cost of delivery. Delivery charges within mainland UK range from £5 to £20 dependant on the size of your order, we will confirm a price for you when you place your order. For orders outside of the UK we will also gladly quote you a fixed delivery charge or you can arrange to have goods collected.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

We work on varying lead times dependant on work load etc. The delivery of your order will be down to different factors, including stock availability, the size of your order, any additional required artwork etc. For lower order quantities delivery can be as little as 5 days to 10 days. Larger orders can be up to 30 days if 1,000's of pieces are required. We will confirm an achievable timescale with you before you place your order & will endeavour to accomodate any urgent commissions.

Can you create artwork for me?

Yes, we can create artwork should you require. There is an additonal fee for this depending on the amount of work involved - we will happily quote you for your artwork needs.

How do I re-order?

You can re-order by phoning, emailing or faxing your order through to us. You will have paid your initial order with us by deposit/pro-forma so any re-orders can be placed on your account with 30 days payment terms (subject to status & credit limit). If the artwork & item you require is something you have already commissioned there will be NO SET-UP FEE to pay - you only pay for the individual pieces + carriage.
