Step One.

Decide which item or items you would like to commission (look through the image gallery on the website for ideas or see our Retail collections at www.richardcammish.co.uk) - can't see exactly what you want? Phone to find out about the latest available products. Also consider the logo/image you would like to use, this may influence which shape or style of item you choose - if you are unsure we are always happy to advise.

Contact us with your order requirements (item/s, quantity etc.). You can supply us with your chosen logo or artwork for the piece/s via email or by CD (hard copies can also be sent and scanned if required). If you don't have artwork available we are more that happy to create this for you at a reasonable additional cost.

We will confirm a timescale and an all-inclusive cost for your order, without any hidden extras. This means that you will know exactly when to expect your order & exactly what it will cost. A 50% deposit is required when you place your order. The remainder is payable upon dispatch of your completed order. Any subsequent orders can be placed on account with 30 days payment terms (subject to status & credit limit).

Upon receipt of your artwork we will provide a PDF proof showing how your design will look. This gives you the opportunity to see the scaling of the artwork and so on. Wherever possible we will show you variations of your design for you to select your preferred choice. You can also make your own suggestions and amendments at this stage. Once you are happy with the design as shown in the proof we will make and send you an actual production sample of the finished piece (exclusions apply) for your final approval - this way you can see exactly how the finished pieces will look.

Upon final approval of the production samle your completed order will be delivered to you within the agreed timescale & you can enjoy your bespoke pieces. Lead times can be from as little as 5 working days from approval of production samples (depending on size of order).
